Angola-ICCOUNCIL has partnered to launch the His Excellency President João Manuel Gonçalves Lourenço Higher Education, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation Program. This initiative aims to promote human capital development, reconciliation, and peace in the Great Lakes Region (ICGLR).

The partnership is led by the Honorable Minister of External Relations, who leads the The President João Manuel Gonçalves Lourenço Higher Education , Entrepreneurship, and Innovation Program.
