Angola and Panama: A New Era of Cooperation

Implementation and Funding: The cooperation agreement will be implemented through a cost-sharing arrangement, where each country will cover its respective expenses. The host country will be responsible for accommodation, food, and internal transportation costs.

Establishing a Bilateral Commission: To facilitate cooperation and oversee the implementation of the agreement, a Bilateral Commission will be established. This commission will meet every two years, alternating between Luanda and Panama City.
